rates are based upon double occupancy. Two (2) night minimum may apply
during
July, August, and holiday weekends. Rates are subject to change, and
a surcharge may apply on Premium and Holiday Weekends. Please add $15/day
for each additional person. Cots and Cribs are available
for $20/night.
Visitors must stop at office;
no visitors
after
10 PM. Our pool is for use by registered guests only.

Rates
do not include Maine State Lodging Tax (7 percent).
An
advanced deposit of one night's rent must be received within 10 days
from the date of reservation and will be credited to the last night
of the reservation. Balance must be paid in full upon arrival. Credit
card deposits will be charged at the time the reservation is made.
Deposits,
less a $25 processing fee, will be
returned if written cancellation of your reservation is received at
the York Harbor Motel 2 or more weeks prior to your check-in date. If
written cancellation is received less than 2 weeks before your
check-in date, deposits, less $25
processing fee, will be returned only if unit is re-rented.
